Representative of any sphere (education, science, culture, art, business etc.) who has achieved professional success and is well known among wide or narrow professional circles, who is ready to share his/her professional and personal experience with the Mentee in a preferred format within the particular time frame. Mentee will be chosen by the Mentor if meeting the criteria set by the Mentor or/and reaching necessary points.
Anyone, who wants to have a professional or personal growth, who is ready to provide time to get the support, advice, positive influence of an individual he/she has chosen as a Mentor.
For becoming a Mentee “My Mentor” application defines certain conditions and criteria. Anyone, who reaches the points set by the Mentor and meets the criteria, can become the Mentee of a preferred Mentor.
The application to become a Mentor is submitted by “My Mentor” project reaching an agreement with the Mentor beforehand. The application may also be submitted by the future Mentor by applying to the relevant department of the project, after which in a short time frame the application is either confirmed or rejected based on the project’s strategy, set format and conditions.
